In collaboration with our friends at Pink Tank, they sought to revamp their brand's visual identity and address their website’s navigation challenges and unclear service offerings. Through collaborative workshops and planning sessions, a strategic site map was developed, streamlining the user journey and making it easier for parents to find the courses they needed.
We developed a cohesive site structure that was devised to ensure parents-to-be could easily access relevant information. In addition to website redesign, the team identified manual intervention issues in their booking process. To resolve this, a new automation sequence was built using Monday, ActiveCampaign, and Make, significantly streamlining booking management.
Through the improved articulation of their services, they can now reach more families and provide them with the best pregnancy and birth support available.
